Shipping Policy

For your peace of mind and protection, all of our parcels are shipped with the requirement for a  “signature on delivery” via EMS Express Mail Service or DHL Express.

Note: We cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses

Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

Please ensure you have viewed the product descriptions before completing your purchase.

Refunds incur a 5% transaction fee, insurance cover and shipping fees are non-refundable if you request to cancel after the parcel has been dispatched. As we are a small business return shipping fees are not covered by Pandayan Blades  for cancellations or exchanges due to change of mind, for full information please refer to our Refund Policy page.

Customs/International

Your duties and taxes are built into your purchase with us as shown at the checkout. Please be advised that it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any restrictions or additional fees that would be applicable when importing certain items into their own country. Any additional fees out of the standard duty/tax/VAT will be payable by the customer.

Product Variation

Due to the handmade nature of  Pandayan Blades, no two products will be completely identical. Minor variations will occur in wood grain and colour, steel pattern, finish, and packaging. We understand that this is partly what is so exciting about owning a product so meticulously crafted by hand, and we hope that you do too.
